How to get fast updates during my transplant

My sister Glory will be sending out regular updates online when I am unable to. When they get an update of Josh and I during our 6-8 hour surgeries, you’ll be updated. My hope is that updates allow you to pray specifically.

Any of or all the combinations below will result in instant email or texts.

Get updates by text message

1) Are you on Twitter? It’s easy to sign up and get tweets on your cell phone. Go to http://www.twitter.com and open your free account and then add (“follow”) liver4scott  You can do it by clicking this link.

GET UPDATES INSTANTLY ON YOUR CELL PHONE

Look around on your computer in Twitter about how to get Tweets sent to your phone. Ignore links unless you have a smartphone with data package. If you want to see them do it through http://www.facebook.com/liver4scott or log on to your Twitter account at the nearest computer.

*regular text message rates and charges apply. Every time my Facebook page is updated it also goes out by Twitter

Join our blog email list.

2) Have you missed blog entries because you haven’t checked it in awhile? This option gives you the post in your email inbox immediately after it is posted.

Just go to the top of the column on the left of this page and look for “Cool! Get my blog by email.” Then fill in your email address in the box and then click the button to be added.

Next, check your email for a confirmation link to click. If you don’t see it look in your junk mail folder.

You will only receive blog posts. We are working on making it so we can post the brief Twitter updates here too. You can read recent tweets on the blog at the left if you visit it online.
